House rules

1. The night stay runs from 15:00 to 11:00 the following day.
2. Every guest registers with the owner on arrival and pays in advance for the planned stay.
3. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 06:00.
4. Visitors who are not staying at the guesthouse may be on the property from 06:00 to 22:00; the hosted guest is responsible for them.
5. Parents are responsible for the safety of children on the property.
6. Guests are responsible for any material damage caused during the stay.
7. Meals may only be cooked in the kitchen.
8. Smoking is prohibited except in designated places — balconies, terrace and garden.
9. Grilling in the gazebo is possible only after notifying the owner in advance.
10. The owner is not financially responsible for personal belongings left on the property.
11. Keys must be returned to the owner at the end of the stay.
12. Guests using the kitchen, gazebo and shared spaces are responsible for keeping them tidy.
13. Please choose the length of your stay carefully; unused nights or an early departure are non-refundable except where caused by the owner.
14. In case of serious breaches of the rules, guests may be asked to leave before the end of the stay without a refund.
